The terms that govern purchases and use of the Good Ereseh website.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of goodereseh.com and any purchases made through it. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
Good Ereseh is an independent fine art practice based in London, United Kingdom. All enquiries: [email protected].
Original artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces drawn entirely by hand. Each original is signed by the artist and supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity. Once an original artwork is sold it is no longer available for purchase.
Fine art prints are high-quality reproductions produced on archival cotton paper. Prints are available in multiple sizes as listed on each artwork page. While we take care to ensure print quality accurately represents the original work, minor variations in colour and tone between screen display and printed output may occur.
Commissioned artworks are created to your specification following a consultation. Commission terms, timelines and pricing are agreed individually before work commences. A 50% deposit is required to begin. Please refer to the Commissions page for full details.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect an order already placed.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored by Good Ereseh.
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.
Dispatch times and delivery information are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.
Risk in the artwork passes to you upon delivery. Title to the artwork passes to you upon receipt of cleared payment.
Your rights to return or cancel an order are set out in full in our Returns Policy. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Commission pieces, where creation has commenced following your deposit and approval, are excluded from the standard right of cancellation as they are made to your personal specification.
All artworks, images, text and content on this website are the intellectual property of Good Ereseh. Purchasing an artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece only - all copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or create derivative works from any artwork or content without prior written permission from Good Ereseh.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Ereseh's liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant artwork.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These terms were last reviewed in August 2026. We recommend periodic review as they may be updated. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. Questions: [email protected].
