Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

This policy explains how returns and cancellations are handled for ready-made artwork, prints and personalised commissions.

Your statutory rights remain protected. This policy does not limit rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

1. Ready-made originals and prints

Where UK distance-selling cancellation rights apply, you may usually cancel eligible online purchases within the statutory cancellation period. If you wish to cancel, contact [email protected] promptly and provide your order details.

Returned goods should be handled with reasonable care and, where possible, returned in suitable protective packaging.

2. Bespoke and personalised commissions

Clearly personalised or made-to-specification artwork may fall outside the normal change-of-mind cancellation right that applies to standard online goods. This does not affect rights where the artwork is faulty, damaged or not as agreed.

3. Commission deposits

Commission work normally requires a 50% deposit before work begins. If you cancel before work starts, Good Ereseh will assess what amount, if any, may reasonably be retained for costs or losses already incurred.

Once work has started, all or part of the deposit may be retained to cover work performed, committed materials, reserved studio time and direct losses caused by cancellation. Any amount retained will be limited to what is reasonable and permitted by law.

4. Changes after work starts

Material changes to an agreed commission may affect price or completion time. If a requested change cannot reasonably be incorporated after substantial work has started, Good Ereseh will explain the available options.

5. Damaged deliveries

If an artwork arrives damaged, contact Good Ereseh as soon as reasonably possible. Please keep the artwork, external packaging and internal protective materials and provide clear photographs of the damage and packaging so the issue can be assessed.

6. Faulty or misdescribed goods

If you believe an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights, contact Good Ereseh. The appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

7. Refund method

Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method where practical. Processing times can depend on the payment provider or bank.
